Electricity

You have a choice of electricity suppliers.

The main electricity switch and circuit breakers for your apartment are located in a panel on a wall inside your apartment. Your electricity meter is in the marked service cupboard in the common area on your floor.

Water

CityWest Water supplies water to the building.
Water meters are in a marked cupboard located on each floor.

Your meter is tagged with your apartment number. If you have no water to your apartment, check your meter. If the line is open, the meter tap will align with the pipe.

Gas

Gas usage is paid through your body corporate fees or rent. Your apartment will not be billed and there is no need to arrange connection or disconnection.

A yellow gas stop-valve for your stove is normally located in the cupboard to the right of your stove. To cut the supply of gas, turn the tap horizontal to the copper pipe.

Drainage

While drainage outlets are installed in bathroom and laundry tiled areas, most floors have no gradients and flooding of your apartment from overflowing basins or baths is possible.

Air conditioning

Residents who undertake installation of air-conditioning must ensure units are neither installed on nor drain onto common property.
