Do not hold lift doors open, lock them in the open position or force any object in the doors.

If you are moving furniture or bulky items into the building or renovating your apartment, ensure you use lift protection. Plywood sheeting and lift curtains are accessible by contacting the OC Manager.

Do not leave vehicles unattended outside the ground floor lift doors.

Reporting breakdowns is the responsibility of all residents.

Forte Lift Services on 03 9483 0055 is contracted to maintain the lift. If you make contact with Forte, please leave a note to that effect on the lift button panel on level 1 and advise the OC Manager during business hours.

If you are trapped in the lift, use the emergency call button. This will connect you to Forte Lift Services’ control room.
