Bins for rubbish and recycling are located on the bottom floor of the car park.

Separate receptacles are provided for general waste, paper and cardboard, and glass and plastics. Removal is undertaken by suppliers contracted directly by the Owners Corporation, not the City of Yarra.

The removal of hard rubbish is the responsibility of individual residents. Costs associated with the removal of items dumped in common areas will be recovered from the owner.
